The People Services Assistant Advisor will support the People Services Compliance and Change team by providing initial advice and guidance on People Services queries, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures and best practice. Initial advice will cover all agreed People Services policies and procedures and terms and conditions of employment and all employee groups through either face to face contact, phone, email or in writing. The post holder will work in close liaison with members of the wider People Services and OD team in order to ensure continuity and provide cover for colleagues as appropriate, e.g. Recruitment, ESR.
