The Role We're seeking a passionate and inspired individual to be responsible for the day to day professional leadership of Nursing. Reporting to the WTWA Director of Nursing, this is an exciting opportunity for you to help drive change, empower senior nurses to develop and utilise clinical leadership skills, ensuring they have appropriate levels of authority to undertake their role effectively and fulfil their accountabilities. It's an extremely rewarding role, working with the wider multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement new models of care to ensure that patients and families are able to receive the best care possible, supporting the move from hospital to the community setting. What's more, you'll support the development and implementation of group policies and will contribute to the Group-wide projects so expect huge variety in this role. In addition, you'll actively promote the Trust as a centre of excellence and represent the profession as a role model for the values and behaviors using every opportunity to celebrate excellence in nursing and midwifery practice.
