The Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a passionate and experienced individual for the role of Deputy Director of Nursing for the Wythenshawe, Trafford, Altrincham, and Withington hospitals. The successful candidate will provide professional leadership for nursing, focusing on empowering senior nurses, managing change, and working with a multidisciplinary team to implement new care models aimed at improving patient outcomes as they transition from hospital to community settings. This role involves supporting the development of group policies and promoting the Trust as a center of excellence in nursing, while representing the profession and celebrating nursing achievements.
