Reporting into the HR Business Partnering team, responsibilities will include: Be a contact for first-line HR queries, offering advice to colleagues and managers on policies and employment matters including early stage attendance management, grievance, disciplinary, flexible working and Agenda for Change terms and conditions ensuring early resolution and consistency of practice Provide direct administrative support to the Business Partnering team, including minute taking at employee relations meetings, collating investigations and panel packs, and diary management. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for visitors and medical colleagues joining us for work placements and honorary contracts, including completing compliance checks Help implement HR policies, compliance, and change, assisting in the delivery and identification of HR projects.
