The Department includes the Supraregional Protein Reference Unit and offers a full range of immunological investigations. The department is a nationally recognised centre of excellence for specific proteins, autoimmunity and allergy testing. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and motivated State Registered Biomedical Scientists to join a well-established team in this busy department. The department actively encourages further education, CPD activities and completion of Specialist Portfolios.Applicants must have an honours degree or equivalent in a biological science and HCPC registration. Proven experience of working in an Immunology Pathology laboratory is highly desirable for these fixed term positions. Skills to include; accuracy and attention to detail and good communication skills.
