Band 5: £35,964 to £43,780 a year pa. pro-rata Inclusive of HCAS (Inner)  FIXED TERM  GOOD SALARY 

Applications are invited for three 1 year fixed term posts in the Immunology Laboratory and Protein Reference Unit. The Department includes the Supraregional Protein Reference Unit and offers a full range of immunological investigations. The department is a nationally recognised centre of excellence for specific proteins, autoimmunity and allergy testing.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and motivated State Registered Biomedical Scientists to join a well-established team in this busy department. The department actively encourages further education, CPD activities and completion of Specialist Portfolios.Applicants must have an honours degree or equivalent in a biological science and HCPC registration. Proven experience of working in an Immunology Pathology laboratory is highly desirable for these fixed term positions. Skills to include; accuracy and attention to detail and good communication skills.

This post is based at St George's Hospital however the post holders may be required to work at any of the South West London Pathology sites as and when necessary.
