The successful candidate will ideally possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal and good computer skills. They will be enthusiastic about change management and supportive towards their colleagues. An NVQ level 2 qualification is desirable but not essential for this post. The ward consists of 34 beds nursing patients with a variety of medical needs focusing on rehabilitation. The shifts are 12 or 6 hours days and nights including bank holidays. There are lots of opportunities to further develop and you will be supported with training and education.
