The Health Care Support Worker position on Cas Gwent Ward at Chepstow Community Hospital with Aneurin Bevan University Health Board offers an opportunity to join a dedicated nursing team providing quality care to patients in rehabilitation. Candidates should have a passion for patient care, strong communication skills, and a willingness to support their colleagues. While an NVQ level 2 qualification is desirable, it is not essential. The role involves working shifts of 12 or 6 hours, including nights and bank holidays, with ongoing training and development opportunities available.
