There is an opportunity for a band 4 on Ward 1, we are an elective Spinal Orthopaedic ward at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, if you believe you have all the skills to join our team, then please apply. We are a 24 bedded ward. We are a specialist unit providing excellent care for patients who come from all over the country for our specialist consultants and the surgery's they perform. We work alongside many members of the multi-disciplinary team to provide our patients with the most successful journey in their care we can give them. o Practice independently under the leadership of a registered nurse and be responsible and accountable for safe, compassionate, person centred care.o Ensure a high standard of patient care is delivered in an effective and efficient manner, reflecting the values and ethos of The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.o Be responsible for assessing care needs of patients.
