The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Nursing Associate for Ward 1, which specializes in elective spinal orthopaedic care. This is a band 4 position within a 24-bedded ward providing comprehensive care to patients nationwide. The role involves practicing independently under the guidance of a registered nurse, ensuring high standards of compassionate, person-centered care, and being accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care without direct supervision. Nursing associates should adhere to the NMC Code and Standards while collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.
