The role is a patient centred role delivered from your nominated practice site. The postholder will need to confidently evidence key skills such as excellent verbal and written communication skills, clinical skills and empowering patients to manage their individual health conditions. The usual duties of a salaried GP will be expected patient care through regular appointments, home visits and the general administration for patient care. The postholder will work in collaboration with their local practice team, engaging the use of the associated roles that are be attached to the practice. 1 duty day a week pro rata, supported by an acute on the day team headed up by a Partner so always peer supported and routine day includes 14 appointments in morning 10 in afternoon.
