This department is a specialist, highly functional, engaging and supportive team that are dedicated to improve the overall quality of calls within our EOC. You will work alongside two EOC Practice Development Managers who will support you to integrate with both the role and the team. The post holder is responsible for the delivery of the day-to-day EOC audit function, to ensure that local and national requirements for EOC audit are met. Line management and supervision of the EOC Team; ensuring effective management of recruitment, training, workloads, appraisals, sickness/absence and performance management in line with SECAMB HR Policies and Procedures Development of the Trust's annual EOC audit programme, ensuring engagement with partners in accordance with agreed policy. This involves assessing the Trust's greatest clinical risks and planning for audit and improvement of these risks Support the Practice Development team to take a supportive, coaching based approach to improving quality of care delivery About us The individual will analyse and present complex information in a presentable way that is engaging and understandable for stakeholders. Act as a methodological expert for audit and quality improvement for the audit and improvement team and the wider Trust.
