The role of Practice Development Manager at SECamb in Gillingham involves joining a dedicated EOC Practice Development Team that focuses on enhancing call quality through audits. The part-time position includes responsibilities such as managing the daily EOC audit function to meet both local and national audit requirements, supervising the EOC team, and overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management in accordance with SECamb HR policies. Additionally, the manager will develop the Trust's annual audit programme, identify clinical risks, and promote a coaching approach to quality care delivery.

Candidates will be expected to analyze and present complex data effectively to stakeholders while serving as a methodological expert in audit and quality improvement. The role also entails collaborating with other team members and the Quality Improvement Lead to foster a deeper understanding of audit processes within the Trust.
