What You’ll Be Doing: Coordinating all external training programmes, ensuring carers and clinical staff remain fully compliant. Working closely with the onboarding team to assign statutory and mandatory training for new hires. Proactively scheduling mandatory training 2-3 months before renewal dates. Managing training bookings, securing cost-effective venues, and ensuring maximum attendance. Tracking and maintaining employee training records, competencies, and qualifications. Collating and reporting on training attendance, assessment results, and compliance data. Handling training requests, invoices, and supplier communications. Partnering with HR and Talent teams to implement effective onboarding and induction training. Staying up to date with industry regulations and compliance training requirements. Facilitating training sessions and workshops as needed. What We’re Looking For: Experience coordinating training in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to forecast training needs. Ability to manage schedules and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in IT systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. A flexible, proactive approach with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
