The Training Co-Ordinator will be responsible for coordinating all external training programmes, ensuring carers and clinical staff remain fully compliant, and partnering with HR and Talent teams to implement effective onboarding and induction training. They will be a detail-oriented training professional with a passion for organisation and compliance, and will have the opportunity to shape training processes in a growing organisation.
The Training Co-Ordinator will be responsible for coordinating all external training programmes, working closely with the onboarding team to assign statutory and mandatory training for new hires, proactively scheduling mandatory training, managing training bookings, tracking and maintaining employee training records, collating and reporting on training attendance, and handling training requests and supplier communications. They will also be responsible for staying up to date with industry regulations and compliance training requirements, and facilitating training sessions and workshops as needed.
