We have lots of wellbeing activities, and you will be made to feel welcome straight away! Salary This position is part time, working 15 hours per week and youll receive an annual salary of £24,924 - £26,145 per annum (FTE) - depending on experience. Hours For this part time role, you will be working 15 hours per week, on a Thursday and Friday. Shifts are on a rota basis between 8am and 6pm. How will we support you? Bespoke induction, including our Introducing Health in Justice training course Competency framework Regional and national career development opportunities Our bespoke Learning Management System to address your learning needs Support from the wider team Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK on a permanent basis and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks. As our new Administrator, your responsibilities will include: Dealing with patients, healthcare colleagues and other professionals over the phone, face to face and via email, delivering a high level service at all times Assisting in the patient drop in service, answering queries and taking paperwork from patients Provide a high quality admin service to the healthcare team Coordinate clinics and chase referrals (internal and external) Arrange and chase hospital appointments, prisoner release and transfers, and arrange appointments for follow on care If you are interested in career development, we have a wide range of opportunities for you to develop your skills and experience, which include both internal and external options for development and learning.
