Have a pivotal role in the surgical team, combining clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities to ensure the highest standards of patient care. You will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of the theatres, ensuring that all equipment, instruments, and supplies are ready for each procedure. In addition to providing hands-on support during surgeries, you'll mentor and guide junior staff, promoting best practices and promoting a collaborative team environment.
