You will be responsible for providing clinical and managerial leadership to a high standard, promoting best practice and developing Physical Health services to enhance quality and improve patient experience. Effective communication, a strong collaborative approach and the ability to engage the nursing workforce and multidisciplinary teams within an ever changing, ever challenging environment is essential. About us You must have a professional Registered Nursing qualification, and have extensive knowledge and experience of working within a clinical setting and demonstrated motivational leadership.
