Troubleshoot connectivity issues on the Local Area Network. - Respond to enquiries from staff and provide assistance, advice and remote troubleshooting of computer system problems as required as part of the ICT Service Desk service escalating issues when necessary. -Ensure all Client devices have up to date Anti Virus software and Operating System patches via appropriate Control Management software.
