Although this has been a change to our usual way of working and has required some adaption to our approach, we've found it to be working successfully and applicants should be able to work from home and be comfortable in working in this way until we are able to return to the office.

Key responsibilities to include:

- Support, maintain and install IT hardware and software across the Trust in accordance with Trust IT policies and procedures. Troubleshoot connectivity issues on the Local Area Network.

- Respond to enquiries from staff and provide assistance, advice and remote troubleshooting of computer system problems as required as part of the ICT Service Desk service escalating issues when necessary.
