You will be joining the Full Sutton Family, a close knit team of 25 who deliver the best possible care to patients onsite! Hours: This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 / 08:30 - 16:30. Salary: This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary of £24,924 - £27,582 per annum - depending on experience. How will we support you? Bespoke induction, including our Introducing Health in Justice training course Competency framework Regional and national career development opportunities Our bespoke Learning Management System to address your learning needs Support from the wider team Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks As our new Administrator, your responsibilities will include: Dealing with healthcare colleagues and other professionals over the phone, face to face and via email, delivering a high level service at all times Provide a high quality admin service to the healthcare team, as well as working closely with the prison staff Support and manage prisoner applications - scanning, processing and directing these to the correct department Log complaints and ensure they are answered within agreed timeframes Work with the offender management team Provide admin support to the multidisciplinary meetings, including minute taking Ensure that systems are kept up to date to ensure accurate reporting If you are interested in career development, we have a wide range of opportunities for you to develop your skills and experience, which include both internal and external options for development and learning.
