Practice Plus Group is seeking a full-time Administrator to join the healthcare team at HMP Full Sutton, a male prison near Pocklington. This role involves providing high-quality administrative support to healthcare professionals and prison staff, managing prisoner applications, logging complaints, and ensuring accurate reporting. The position offers a salary range of £24,924 to £27,582 per annum, depending on experience, with a standard work schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the healthcare team on site, ensuring that patients receive the best quality care, and the healthcare team are fully supported. You will be joining the Full Sutton Family, a close knit team of 25 who deliver the best possible care to patients onsite! Hours: This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 / 08:30 - 16:30. Salary: This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary of £24,924 - £27,582 per annum - depending on experience. Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks

As our new Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

Dealing with healthcare colleagues and other professionals over the phone, face to face and via email, delivering a high level service at all times
Provide a high quality admin service to the healthcare team, as well as working closely with the prison staff
Support and manage prisoner applications - scanning, processing and directing these to the correct department
Log complaints and ensure they are answered within agreed timeframes
Work with the offender management team
Provide admin support to the multidisciplinary meetings, including minute taking
Ensure that systems are kept up to date to ensure accurate reporting
