This is a varied and interesting role where you will get the opportunity to gain experience in general admin duties such as preparing documents, maintain electronic filing systems, ordering of departmental supplies, formatting of correspondence and dealing with telephone queries etc. Through appropriate training and support, you will learn how to take minutes of meetings, support with creating agenda's for these meetings and support with diary management to our Senior Leadership team. These skills will assist you in achieving your Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration which will be supported via set learning days. Core working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
