Job Summary: Business Administrator Apprentice
The North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is offering a Business Administrator Apprentice position in the Cumbria Integrated Sexual Health Service located in Carlisle. This apprenticeship provides an opportunity to acquire practical experience in a variety of administrative tasks such as document preparation, electronic filing, supply ordering, correspondence formatting, and phone inquiries.
Key responsibilities include minute-taking during meetings, assisting with meeting agendas, and supporting diary management for the Senior Leadership team. The role aims to develop skills necessary for achieving a Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration, with dedicated learning days included.
The apprentice will work full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, ensuring efficient service delivery to staff and service users while maintaining high-quality patient care and departmental documentation.
