Working patterns considered are part-time & flexible on an ad hoc basis. Full and part cover will be considered on a day-by-day basis. Our core admin hours are 8am 4pm or 8:30am 4:30pm. We are looking for individuals with a desire to provide a first-class service for patients. The post holder will provide ad hoc front of house support services including meeting and greeting patients and visitors, answering telephone calls, and monitoring room bookings for staff. We are looking for excellent communication and organisational skills together with a confident and pleasant telephone manner. Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure are skills that are vital in this busy role. Previous experience of working in a reception environment is required; there will be administrative tasks within the role requiring PC skills. Full training will be provided. If you are enthusiastic, have good IT and communication skills and enjoy working in a team then we would like to hear from you.
