Hybrid working requiring 1 day in the office a week. We require flexibility to travel to PCNs/Practices and Training Venues around Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. The successful candidate will be required to understand, promote and coordinate administrative duties for general practice across all levels by: Providing guidance and support to the Training Hub project manager. Supporting the Training Hub in the preparing, facilitating and delivery of training events. Adhering to NHS Quality Processes and guidelines Supporting the expansion and capacity targets. About us Communication/Customer Service and Team working Engage GP practices and their staff across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Communicate with people at all levels in an appropriate manner that is consistent with their level of understanding, culture, background and preferred way of communicating. Be an active and supportive member of a team, punctual and well presented. Respond to telephone and email queries from stakeholders. Work closely with system partners, commissioners and training programmes to deliver project support. Administration Monitor NHS C&P email ensuring all emails associated with the Training Hub have been actioned. Update and monitor the Training Hub website with information, events and resources Demonstrate good organisational skills and prioritise work as necessary. Keep accurate and complete records in a written or electronic format consistent with legislation, policies and procedures and are kept in accordance with where the department placement is based. Routine filing and storage of confidential documentation as required. Undertake any other administrative duties specified by the Training Hub Project Manager. Support the Training Hub Manager in producing and highlighting performance reports. Minute all Training Hub meetings, update Action Logs and support and remind owners to complete actions on time. Support the Training Hub Project Manager in co-ordinating and recording project or workstream records. Support the Training Hub in the delivery of training events. Source training venues; act as a single point of contact for the Training Hub and respond to enquiries. Collate relevant data and information. Maintain up to date training plans, reports and records. Manage invoice flow from receipt to payment, maintaining records and ensuring that invoices are processed accurately and on time. Planning and Organising Work within the limits of own competence and responsibility and refer issues beyond these limits to relevant people. Use and maintain resources efficiently and effectively. Prioritise own workload and organise own work to meet these priorities and reduce risks to quality. Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
