The Cambridge & Peterborough Training Hub is seeking a skilled Training Hub Administrator to support and coordinate various administrative functions related to general practice training within the region. This role includes providing guidance to the Training Hub project manager, assisting with the planning and delivery of training events, and ensuring compliance with NHS processes. The position requires effective communication and customer service skills to engage with GP practices and stakeholders, as well as strong organisational abilities to manage emails, update the Training Hub website, maintain records, and support project reporting and invoicing.

The successful candidate will embody a professional and positive demeanor while working collaboratively in a team environment. With a hybrid working model necessitating at least one day in the office and flexibility to travel within Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, the role demands effective prioritisation and time management skills while adhering to policies related to health, safety, and data protection. Additionally, the administrator will be involved in undertaking general administrative duties, responding to inquiries, and supporting the team's overall objectives, including participating in personal development and training as required.
