To maintain registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) fulfilling the continued professional development, ensuring any specialist training requirements are kept up to date. Provide training related to medicines management as required. To undergo annual individual performance review. Communication To liaise closely with other healthcare professionals in relation to patient care related to any matters relating to medicines management. To maintain patient confidentiality and always meet the requirements of the Data Protection Act. To attend and actively contribute to Clinical Review meetings.
