You will need to register if you do not already have an account Ripley Medical Centre is looking to recruit a GP on a fixed term / secondment basis to join our friendly practice team. Ripley Medical Centre is a purpose-built practice and offers excellent consulting rooms that are well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. The surgery serves 6,000 patients in Ripley and the surrounding areas. Ripley has good road links with the A38 and M1, and is under 5 miles from Belper and under 12 miles from Derby and Matlock. The practice is rated good by the CQC and performs well against QOF and the GP Patient Survey. For an informal discussion or to arrange a visit please contact Gail Bird. It is Trust policy that for posts that are for a time limited period, applicants who are currently employed by an NHS organisation will only be appointed on a secondment basis and should have approval from their line manager this is possible before applying. Applicants who are not employed by an NHS organisation, will receive a fixed term contract. You will provide a portfolio of general medical services, including managing a caseload, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients. To support the Lead Clinician and practice team to manage a busy and interesting clinical caseload. The appointee will have the opportunity to take part in leading on key disease areas and assist in developing appropriate healthcare services for a diverse patient list. They will work collaboratively and support the Lead Clinician and practice team to manage a busy and interesting clinical caseload. They will lead on key areas within the practice, such as specific QOF domains, quality standards, and practice initiatives, as agreed with the Clinical Lead and/or Practice Manager. "}
