The post holder will be the first point of contact for people being referred to Whipps Cross University Hospital site via the straight to test telephone assessment service and 2 week wait lower GI service for suspected colorectal cancer. The post holder will undertake a thorough outpatient consultation, providing appropriate patient information and booking the patient direct to endoscopic procedure or other clinically appropriate investigations or to a further out-patient appointment.
