This is an exciting opportunity for a Multi Professional Approved Clinician to join a forward thinking team in order to coordinate and deliver high quality care to the people within the Amber Valley Community. The Responsible Clinician will be a very senior clinician with a core professional qualification such as a Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker or Consultant Psychologist. They will provide strong, visible clinical leadership within the Adults of Working Age Division. The postholder will carry a distinct clinical caseload as AC / RC and offer highly specialised clinical care specifically within the Amber Valley Community Mental Health Team, using advanced clinical knowledge that is evidenced based and within their specific professional skill set. The Responsible Clinician will be a very senior clinician with a core professional qualification such as a Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker or Consultant Psychologist. They will provide strong, visible clinical leadership within the Adults of Working Age Division. The post holder will carry a distinct clinical caseload as AC / RC and offer highly specialised clinical care specifically within the Amber Valley Living Well Community Mental Health Team, using advanced clinical knowledge that is evidenced based and within their specific professional skill set. You will work along side a Consultant Psychiatrist to support and oversee the planning and delivery of care to people with complex emotional, psychological, social, physical and mental health needs within the Service. There will also be a requirement to contribute to further service development, audit, quality improvement and setting of clinical standards and governance within the Division and beyond.
