The role of Multi Professional Approved Clinician at Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust involves joining a progressive team to provide high-quality care within the Amber Valley Community. This position requires a senior clinician—either a Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, or Consultant Psychologist—who will offer clinical leadership within the Adults of Working Age Division and manage a specialized clinical caseload as both Approved Clinician (AC) and Responsible Clinician (RC). The clinician will work closely with a Consultant Psychiatrist to address complex needs related to emotional, psychological, social, and physical health, while also contributing to service development, audit, quality improvement, and establishing clinical standards.

Candidates are encouraged to ensure they have the necessary permissions for secondment before applying, and strong clinical expertise is essential to oversee and enhance care delivery within the Amber Valley Living Well Community Mental Health Team.
