About us We have a fantastic opportunity for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Merthyr Tydfil. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Working Hours: 7 days a week with either 12 or 24 hour shifts and sleeping nights. Key Responsibilities: Delivering personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions. Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation. Administering medication and monitoring health conditions. Providing emotional support and companionship. Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions. Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work the specified hours.
