This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Libertatem Healthcare Group as a dedicated and compassionate Cerebral Palsy Support Worker in Merthyr Tydfil. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
As a Cerebral Palsy Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care and support to clients with complex health conditions, assisting with daily living activities, administering medication, and monitoring health conditions. You will also provide emotional support and companionship, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

Working Hours:
7 days a week with either 12 or 24 hour shifts and sleeping nights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions.
- Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
- Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
- Providing emotional support and companionship.
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work the specified hours.
