The postholder will plan and organise a broad range of complex activities and will formulate and adjust plans as required. Proactively operationally lead the implementation of new ways of working and facilitate partnership working between clinical, non-clinical, and corporate teams to improve patient pathways in line with both the current interim arrangements and the new build as needed. Undertake capacity planning as a component of the outpatient redevelopment plan, identifying supply and demand issues.
