What to expect
First, we'll enable your camera & microphone and then ask you to record a short introduction about yourself, about 30 seconds long, to make sure your camera is working ok.

Then, we'll ask you to answer one or more questions of your choice from the list below:
1. Can you tell us about your background and experience in anatomical pathology?
2. What motivated you to apply for this position within the paediatric mortuary service?
3. Can you describe your experience with post-mortem procedures and any specific techniques you have used?
4. How do you approach communication with parents or guardians in sensitive situations, particularly when discussing post-mortems?
5. This role involves frequent exposure to distressing situations. How do you manage your emotions in such circumstances?
6. How do you prioritise tasks during busy or challenging shifts? Can you give an example?
7. Are you comfortable with lone working and managing responsibilities during on-call hours? Can you elaborate on any past experiences you have had in similar situations?
8. How do you keep yourself updated with developments or changes in the field of anatomical pathology and HTA regulations?
You can answer as many of these questions as you want. Good luck!
