The post holder will support activities within a team who is responsible for supporting system-wide development and improving capability across the healthcare system in relation to increasing supply, workforce assurance and provision of HR and OD advice and guidance. The post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff internal and external to the organization. The post is responsible for providing professional expertise to the outcome of the business processes for the team. The post holder will define current processes, facilitate discussions, and advise colleagues as to how best practice might be adopted in the definition of future processes, document those processes as they are agreed and oversee their delivery. The postholder will also be responsible for supporting ad hoc projects and initiatives as they arise at the direction of the Head of Workforce Assurance, HR & OD. About us The post holder will support the Head of Department and their team to ensure that their work stream of programmes are planned and managed effectively and take the lead in assisting in their successful delivery: Deliver the teams business plan, and support the HR supply and resourcing manager to progress plans, reporting risk and issues as they arise Liaise with appropriate functions within the region, organisations, and the wider sector.
