Wye Valley Trust has an exciting opportunity for a Safeguarding Administrator to join the children in care Health Team supporting the Health and wellbeing of Children in Care living In and outside of Herefordshire We are a friendly multidisciplinary team with a breadth of knowledge and expertise and we are excited to support the development of new colleagues. The nature of Children in Care requires you to work in a highly confidential environment with frequent exposure to potentially distressing information and so a level of emotional resilience is required. This role would suit someone who is well organised and confident in directing their own workload . We're also looking for excellent communication skills and confidence in using Word, Excel , Outlook and IT systems outside of Wye Valley NHS Trust. The ability to be self-motivated and use your own initiative is important, together with working well with multi-agency professionals across Wye Valley NHS, health Teams across the UK and with local authority partners. . 28.5 hours per week. The post holder will: Ensure delivery of a comprehensive administrative and clerical service to the Children in Care Health Team. Be expected to work independently seeking support when requiring to manage their own workload. Behave consistently with the values and beliefs of the organisation and promote these on day to day basis. "}
