Wye Valley Trust has an exciting opportunity for a Safeguarding Administrator to join the children in care Health Team supporting the Health and wellbeing of Children in Care living In and outside of Herefordshire

We are a friendly multidisciplinary team with a breadth of knowledge and expertise and we are excited to support the development of new colleagues. The nature of Children in Care requires you to work in a highly confidential environment with frequent exposure to potentially distressing information and so a level of emotional resilience is required.

This role would suit someone who is well organised and confident in directing their own workload . We're also looking for excellent communication skills and confidence in using Word, Excel , Outlook and IT systems outside of Wye Valley NHS Trust. The ability to be self-motivated and use your own initiative is important, together with working well with multi-agency professionals across Wye Valley NHS, health Teams across the UK and with local authority partners. .

28.5 hours per week.

The post holder will:

    • Ensure delivery of a comprehensive administrative and clerical service to the Children in Care Health Team.

    • Be expected to work independently seeking support when requiring to manage their own workload.

    • Behave consistently with the values and beliefs of the organisation and promote these on day to day basis.
