This is an exciting opportunity for band 6 physiologists looking to progress their career and develop leadership skills in Neurophysiology. The maternity cover replaces our lead for sleep but the area of responsibility can be adjusted to meet the successful candidates strengths. The role will include independent outpatient clinics in EEG (all modalities) and NCS for carpal tunnel screening and ulnar neuropathy screening. In additional there are weekly peripheral neuropathy screening clinics supported by the Consultant Neurophysiologist. Neurophysiology at SWB are across 2 sites now the Midland Metropolitan University Hospital has opened. Here inpatient investigations are performed in the department and on the wards including wards at other acute Trusts in the region. Fulltime physiologists are rostered for inpatient clinics 1-2 days a week. About us Performing Neurophysiology diagnostics and ambulatory reading.
