7. How do you identify and leverage the strengths of your clients when developing support plans?
8. The role includes contributing to public health research. Have you conducted research interviews before? If so, please describe your approach and experience.
9. How would you monitor and evaluate the outcomes of the support plans you develop? What systems do you have experience with?
10. Effective communication is crucial in this role. How would you establish trust and rapport with service users?
11. Can you discuss a time when you had to communicate sensitive information to a client? How did you ensure they felt supported?
