The successful candidate will be: Experienced in working with care of elderly /rehabilitation following acute sector admission Willing to teach staff and lead change Have excellent negotiation and communication skills Competent to undertake clinical skills such as phlebotomy, cannulation and male and female urinary catheterisation Hold a full valid driving licence and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes is essential (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010). About us Overall manage Staff Nurses, Nursing Auxiliaries and support staff on a designated ward within the Rehabilitation Unit. Lead the Nursing Team in the provision of the highest standard of care to patients. Assess, develop and implement programmes of care.
