5. This role involves a significant amount of telephone work and email correspondence. How do you ensure effective communication with colleagues and users?
6. Can you tell us about a time when you had to manage a difficult conversation over the phone? How did you handle it?
7. How do you manage your time when juggling multiple tasks, such as monitoring shared mailboxes and preparing documentation?
8. Describe a situation where you had to arrange a meeting with multiple stakeholders. What steps did you take to ensure its success?
9. Tell us about a challenging administrative problem you faced and how you resolved it.
10. How do you handle tight deadlines, especially when you have several tasks to complete simultaneously?
