What to expect

6. What laboratory equipment are you comfortable using, and how would you ensure its proper operation and maintenance?
7. How do you maintain accuracy and speed while performing laboratory tests, especially under time-sensitive conditions?
8. What precautions do you take when handling biological samples or hazardous chemicals?
9. Can you explain the importance of temperature monitoring in a laboratory setting and how you would ensure compliance?
10. Describe a time when you worked collaboratively within a team. What role did you play, and what was the outcome?
11. How do you handle conflicts or difficult situations with team members or other healthcare professionals?
12. Given that this role requires a flexible approach and the ability to work shifts including nights and weekends, how do you feel about this aspect of the job?
13. Can you discuss a time when you had to adapt quickly to changes in your work environment? What was the challenge, and how did you overcome it?
