Our team of community midwives within Durham & CLS provide care to women and families across a varied urban and rural area, including the historic cathedral city of Durham. We have a very diverse case load, including vulnerable and isolated communities, providing opportunites to make a real difference to the families in your care. We have a well established and well led team of midwives within the team, who you will find very welcoming and supportive. The team are assisted by the wider maternity team, including a dedicated Community Matron and Matron for Public Health and Inequalities.
