Full time (37.5 hours) Permanent Flexible working pattern - Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm We are looking to appoint an Administration Supervisor who is an enthusiastic and committed individual to provide administrative and line management support to a team of administrators. Both posts will be based at Jenner House. However you will also be required to travel to other sites (likely to be Chippenham, Melksham, Trowbridge & Warminster Community Hospitals & Malmesbury Primary Care Centre) approximately every 6 weeks to undertake one to ones with the administrators (travel expenses will be paid for all non-base site visits) You will need to be able to work in a calm, logical and methodical way and be able to multi-task whilst dealing with frequent interruptions, and you must possess effective communication skills whilst always maintaining patient confidentiality. The role is demanding and interesting and will require someone who is flexible and able to work under pressure. Previous line management experience is essential. The attributes required are: Proven supervisory experience and excellent organisational, IT and communication skills Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills Ability to work well as part of a team Ability to learn quickly Good organisational skills Great ability to concentrate and work accurately Ability to work cross site This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who relishes a challenge.
