We have a holistic, integrated care approach for our 12,200 patients. We are a training practice with 6 GP partners. Located just 10 minutes from junction 1 of the M50, 15 minutes from Worcester and Malvern. 10 minutes from Tewkesbury and 30 minutes from Cheltenham. We are seeking to employ two experienced Part time motivated Receptionist / Care Navigator with exceptional customer focus to support our developing triage and care navigation roles as part of our busy Reception Team. As a receptionist you will be expected to provide a consistent point of contact for both patients and staff, with the aim of enabling patients to get the right co-ordinated support, at the right time to help manage a wide range of needs. This will include working alongside our GPs assisting them in triaging patients, providing active signposting to a range of statutory and voluntary sector services which are often complex and difficult to navigate.
