We are looking for someone who will lead the successful delivery of a highly specialist clinical service performing a range of cardiac investigations and therapeutic techniques. This role will need you to provide advice and leadership on service provision and implement evidence-based changes to practice, having direct involvement in the evaluation of new techniques and equipment for safety, cost-effectiveness, and benefits related to practice. You will provide leadership and advise on strategic direction of Cardiac diagnostic services by contributing to the Directorate/ Trust Strategic Plan. About us You will have financial responsibility for: an annual staff / non-staff budget of over 2 million pounds contributing to financial initiatives for the department involvement with the equipment tendering process authorised signatory for the purchase of stock and non-stock items / staff You will be responsible for service delivery across PHUT and CDC (currently housed at St Marys Portsmouth).
