You must also not already have a qualification at a higher level within the same subject matter. Interviews: 30th April Reporting into your Work-based Mentor, you will learn how to: Provide exceptional customer service across different departments, both internally and externally. Communicate with our customers using different methods (phone, email, in-person). Learn and develop IT skills to help administer customer service tasks. Handle confidential information. Answer and manage telephone calls. Support administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and assisting with daily operations. Engage with a range of professionals and service users to ensure high-quality service delivery.
