Main duties include; Provide a pharmaceutical care service to patients, wards and departments of the Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, plus those wards managed by the other Trusts under service level agreements, under the direction of the Clinical Pharmacy Services Manager in accordance with departmental procedures. Participate in the pharmacist rotational training programme throughout the Pharmacy Department and undertake the postgraduate clinical pharmacy diploma if appropriate.
